One of the things the Albion Assembley is considering is why are so many Albion supporters leaving the Hawthorns so early?

Any thoughts on that?

The crush trying to catch the Metro to Wolverhampton is something to avoid particularly in the lead up to Christmas with shoppers from Birmingham leaving little room for Baggie supporters around 5:00pm.

The choice is either to leave 10 minutes early or hang around for 25 minutes after the final whistle and still probably get held in a queue on the station approach while the visiting fans get ushered through first.

Fair to say that a lot of the discussion was around transport issues, traffic congestion and the like.

The club are in dialogue with organisations such as as the police and people running the Metro system

The trains to Birmingham and Stourbridge can be difficult too.
Sometimes only 2 coaches to Birmingham.
Railway staff put up barriers to hold people back from getting on the platform. They release the barrier when the train arrives at the platform which results in an almighty rush and scramble for the platforms. This can be difficult for people who are not too steady on their feet. (Not very equal opportunities for elderly or disabled!)
And now the police put up these temporary barriers across the width of Halfords Lane causing a pedestrian congestion on the pavements
It would be good if the club could take up these issues with West Midlands Railway, the Metro and the Police
