Aston Villa will face Real Madrid or Jventus after beating Porto 2-1 to reach the Peace Cup final.

For the second game in the tournament, Emile Heskey did not last the 90 minutes – but this time he was sent off after scoring, where as he had been stretchered off in an earlier stage of the cup.

Villa qualified for the final with a good display against Porto.

Heskey opened the scoring for the Villans before Steve Sidwell added a second inside the first half.

The England striker was sent off in the econd half and a late penalty was converted by Hulk for Porto – incredible, really. But Villa held on to confirm their place in the final.

Meanwhile, Martin O’Neill is one of many football figures to pay tribute to Sir Bobby Robson, who has died at the age of 76. He had battled cancer for 17 years.

O’Neill said: ‘He was held in very high regard by the players. They forgave all his eccentricities - it was legendary that he didn't know anyone's name," O'Neill told Villa's official website.’
