Ashley Hemmings has agreed a two-year deal with Walsall following his release by Wolves, the Saddlers official website today reports.

"I'm delighted to have Ashley on board," explained boss Dean Smith, adding  "He's an exciting talent who I watched many times for Wolves reserves. I also had him watched three or four times whilst he was on loan at Plymouth and I think that that run of games (last season) has really helped his development. He is a very promising youngster who will continue to develop and grow. "He's a skilful player with genuine pace who can play on either side or off the front man. He's a good addition and I'm looking forward to working with him."
