Don't post on here too often, but as a fan for over 40 years, Micah has done so much for our club, with his investigation into the whole sordid mess, that he deserves the freedom of our city, more then rednapp ever did. You have my heartfelt thanks.

The Harry Redknapp bell at the Guildhall should be renamed the Micah Hall bell... After all, one was off like the proverbial rat up a drainpipe as soon as the going got tough, whereas the other stood up to be counted and fought for the club.

Yes thanks Mike..We can all see the enormous amount of graft and detail that has gone into your report. Trying to make sense of a very complex issue. You have put the journalists of England to shame because the subject matter and amount of investigation was too difficult for them.. This subject needs to be the subject of a Panorama Special

We owe him a big thanks. Important and brave work. The FL had his articles, plus the additional pressure of the petition, MPs, and a number of fans emails may all have given the FL enough doubt.

not sure about that one mr wayno innit in all seriousness surely Mike Hall should be offered a place in the boardroom if the PST are indeed sucessful in taking control of PFC he should be involved in the everyday running of PFC imo

I think what he has done for Pompey regardless of the outcome is brilliant. I read bit here and there, theroy's people had about what had gone on, but it was not till I read his blog with the whole sordid affair laid bare that it finally became crystal clear. ( I think we all knew they were not here for the sake of the football club). A big thanks Micah Hall and if the trust do take the club over there should be a lap of honour for certain people involved and he should be included

Mike Hall's work deserves credit of the highest order. We all understood that what had happened was dodgy, and we all had theories, but how do you prove any of it? Seems Mike has some inside knowledge and his investigations have produced a fair picture of what was/is happening. You don’t publish articles without being confident that you are correct, as repercussions will follow. He has put himself on the line for the good of our club. Fair play to you sir. Let’s hope this helps in sorting out our problems, you should get the freedom of our city for your work. Thanks.

Don't post much on here now but still have a look to see what rubbish is being spouted!!!! but just have to add my thanks to Mike. Whatever the eventual outcome, even if it goes 'the wrong way', Mike's efforts have at getting at the truth have been incredible, and we all him so much. Let's just hope it is all worth it and when the Trust take over those people that have put in unstinting efforts on our behalf can be thanked properly.

Trying to explain what has happened to friends etc has been a very difficult task, especially without the complete knowledge of the facts. Mike Hall has displayed his fantastic investigative journalism spectacularly well and I can only wonder at his incredible talent and tenacious nature. What a fantastic man and a credit to portsmouth fc and the people of portsmouth. Well done sir, you'll be bought drinks in any pub in the city you choose to frequent.
