| Looks like a really well researched article, good read, and should show any Chainrai fans why he has played a massive part in ruining Pompey. Link: Chainrai is a coooont! | |

| Not sure that it puts the boot into Chainrai nearly enough. Basically it accuses him of little more than 'reckless lending' and then tries to shift the blame onto CSI for not paying the small creditors etc. Not surprising as AA seems to be the only person he has spoken too. And I'd like to see his evidence that Gaydamak snr paid Chainrai out with money that he then chose to invest(unwisely and/or recklessly) into PFC. Because for me that is the key to the whole saga. Many people's hatred and distrust of Chainrai stems from the 'fact' that he never put money in and the whole thing was some Gaydamak payout scheme. I've always thought that unlikely because Falcondrone bought the club from Al Fahim not Gaydamak and someone's money ran the club for 8 months but would love to know if there is hard evidence either way. | |

| It was mainly HMRC's money, as has transpired. | |

| DB From the evidence I have found (mainly Israeli press) Gaydamak did NOT pay anything to BC/Kushnir in September 2009. BC/LK were granted a lien on Gaydamak's assets by Israeli court (by then Arcady was holed up in Russia)but there was not enough in the pot to pay all his creditors and I believe they missed out. The following year - after we went into admin - BC/LK took out a bankruptcy charge against Gaydamak. This matter was settled out of court around May/June 2010. | |

| Article got pulled as Chainrai lawyer made a claim to the courts that it could prejudice his attempts to take over the club. | |

| Tanya Robyns told the high court that Chanrai did not put money into the club. Trevor Birch said he would look into this and also the fact Gaydamak has never paid the club for the land around the park. Still waiting Mr Birch | |

| I don't think Birch is looking into the Gaydamak one - I think that is Baker Tilley as it has shown up in their investigation of Oldco. As to the Chainrai money - the Trust bid for the ground may actually flush that out if BC isn't very careful. | |
