| Picture keeps freezing on and off which is spoiling the football.Also no TV on demand service.When I phoned I was told that there is a fault which may be fixed by Friday! Anybody else have this problem in the Fareham area. | |

| None in Gosport either....Universal channel or TCM gets the hic-ups every so often but nowt serious. I usually reboot the whole system once a month or so as advised by a techy guy who came to install a new s-t-b last year. Had a broadband fault in March which was across most of the region but was quickly sorted. | |

| Engineer called today and fitted new box.Very pleased with the service. | |
