About Toon Talk
Welcome to the official Toon Talk website. Toon Talk is the young upstart of Newcastle United fanzines. Its the new kid on the estate who spray paints his tag on your corner shop wall...the new boy next door who sits on your wall and hockles on your driveway...the new lad who drinks your special brew and snogs your lass. The spawn of Steve, Andrew and Joe after a heavy session in the centre of Newcastle... Toon Talk tells it how it is and doesnt kiss arse. With a transit van full of real fans who know how to read and write we are coming to a newsagent and service station near you with an explosion of opinions. Resident legends Supermac and John Beresford will tell you where we are going wrong and what they did right each issue.
A lads mag meets a fanzine, Toon Talk is bi-monthly and retails at £2:80 and is A5 and has 52 pages in full colour glossy.
We have distribution throughout the North East.
Toon Talk is available in local newsagents, selected bars, and outside St James Park on matchday.
Toon Talk also has its own internet radio show which is broadcast every Monday at 6pm till 8pm GMT.
