Aussie Davey Joins The Bears:

23-year-old Australian Mitchell Davey has joined the Redcar Bears speedway team on a temporary contract to cover Max Dilger who broke a leg during last Thursday's home match against Newcastle. Mitchell, from Townsville Queensland, rode for the Glasgow Tigers from 2008 to 2010 and then for the Berwick Bandits in season 2011.
