Fmttm Ali Brownlee Tribute Issue

Alastair Brownlee, sadly passed away last month after a short illness and all Teesside mourned his sad loss. We wanted to honour the fan with the mic with a special commemorative cover and some of your personal tributes. Alastair meant so much to everyone on Teesside; you didn’t need to be a football fan to appreciate his passion, drive, warmth and sincerity. Mind you being a Boro fan certainly helped. As a breakfast radio host, Ali opened a little window on his life that struck a chord ....

Boro Fanzine - Fan Heritage Issue 563

You can now buy the February issue of fmttm, Issue 563 when we looked forward to January Transfer Window mega bucks striker Jordan Rhodes making his debut and shooting down his former club, Blackburn Rovers. Except he didn’t.. and we didn’t. We drew in the end thanks to David Nugent stooping to conquer from Nsue’s cross. Rhodes had just come on as sub. The crowd at last had something to get stuck in to and roared us on and yet we might even then have conceded again when ....

Happy New Year Fly Me To The Moon

You can now buy the New Year issue of fmttm, Issue 562 when we looked forward to going head to head with Derby. How right we were to do that too. We were still all cock a hoop after going top of the league and then beating Brighton away and obviously the Christmas spirits hadn’t quite worked their way out of systems. The way we took Derby to the cleaners we may never come down off that cloud nine. This issue contained interviews with Dimi Konstantopoulos, Adam Clayton and Ben Gibson. ....

Boroís Fulham Fanzine Reprise

The third fmttm Boro fanzine of the season is now available to buy. The team was back from the international break, looking to sweep Fulham aside and avenge that damning defeat at the end of the last season. Hopefully we were refreshed and able to put the away defeat at Reading out of sight and out of mind with a big Riverside win. Alack and alas, not to be. Bore draw. But never mind we have a special fanzine for you here packed with your articles, observations and cartoonery. Firstly, ....

Putting The Fan Into Fanzine - Issue 558 To Buy

It was the second fanzine of the season – Issue 558 - and once again it heralded a big victory in our first ever contest v MK Dons. We have just clocked up 20 years at the Riverside so it seemed appropriate to make the fanzine even more fan-centric than usual. The star interview was with Nick Waites, a super supporter in every sense of the words. Nick hasn\'t missed a league game in the whole Riverside era, home or away, so I had to talk to him about his life and times at the Boro. He ....

Fanzine Shop 2014

We are well into the era of Aitor Karanka now. It is difficult to know what to make of it all. First he broke the habit of a Boro lifetime and the team went on a winning run post Christmas instead of a slump. Weird. Then after being the third highest scorers in the division all of a sudden the tap ran dry. Completely dry. And we broke all known Boro records for not scoring in games. In other words it has been a bit of a mixed bag start to the year so far. This is the place to come to get any ....

It is early September and we have already produced three fanzines. I remember when talk of summer football was just hot air, well it has certainly arrived for the Football League Championship in 2013. Just in case you missed any of ....

Stewy Shouts Survival Odds

It was a dazzling performance on Wednesday night can we keep it going and take the cup form into the league? We’ve beaten a Premier outfit and made them look poor, we’ve scored not one but two goals. We’ve not only not conceded any daft goals we have kept a clean sheet. Grounds for optimism perhaps.   Confidence should be up and the fear factor will lift slightly as we go into the Liverpool game in our favourite underdog position.
