Record numbers enjoyed a run in the sun at Middlesbrough’s 5k Riverside Run and 2k Fun Run and an Olympic finish in Boro's stadium. In total 1,503 people took part in the 5k and 817 in the 2k, making the total entry number 2,320 - around 600 higher than 2013.
