Yep, delighted for my friends at York City - genuine fans who took over the club when it was in real trouble. It'll be good to see GFC play at Bootham Crescent again.

Nah! If we're near the top going for promotion next year, it would have been a fantastic atmosphere at Kenilworth road. Can't see the same happening at York. Too far and too expensive, so wouldn't take anything like the same numbers.

I was at the game in the York end. Cracking atmosphere (even if they were outnumbered by more than 3-1) - showed those EDL divs what's what. I lived in York for a year - I'd highly recommend the away trip. Lovely friendly city - take in the Minster which is genuinely stunning and then go for a few beers - scores of fantastic pubs. Certainly beats that dive Luton anyway.
