Questionnaire 1. Are you male or female ? 2. What is your age? 16-19 20-23 24-27 28-31 31+ 3. Do you think hooligans spoil football matches? YES NO 4. How many games per season do you attend? Under 5, 6-15, over 16 5. Have you ever encountered any incidents of violence? YES NO 6. Is violence a rare or common occurrence at the matches you have attended? RARE COMMON 7. Do you travel to away games? YES NO 8. Would you say violence is more common at away matches? YES NO 9. Would violence put you off going to matches? YES NO 10. If violence at matches is it in your experience carried out by; Young males, Young females, Middle aged, older people 11. Is violence aimed at: Opposing fans, those from ethnic backgrounds, groups for no apparent reason 12. Do you think that police sometimes antagonise fans to violence at games? YES NO 13. Do you think Hooliganism is as much a problem today as it was in the 70’s 80’s? YES NO NOT SURE 14. How would you compare the violence in Britain compared to other countries in Europe? SAME LESS WORSE 15.
