After playing so well in the start of this season we decide not to turn up in a completely important home match where we needed to prove our worth.

We did well at the Champions last week and could have come away with a win. We created chances and looked solid, it's a shame we couldn't finish some of those chances but the overall performance was something to be proud of.

Yesterday I was not proud. It was like we were a different side, couldn't pass to a red shirt, didn't create chances and didn't defend like we have been. How we scored our one goal is surprising, that's how bad I think we looked.

Now I'm not going to get totally negative and have a typical knee jerk reaction like some of us do as it is only one game, but we have a right to be disappointed with what we saw and not be slated by other fans for thinking that. We were bad and in a game against a rival both in the league and also in London.

Consistency will be key for us over 38 games and with performances like that slipping in every 5 games we have a long season ahead. I truly hope we cut that out as I like this team and think they have a chance to do well.

As I said consistency is key and remembering that I bring up the enigma of Abou Diaby. He went off after 10 minutes yesterday and for me I would choose to sell him. It's so frustrating to keep watch him coming back, playing, doing well and then getting injured again. We need a big centre midfielder to play every week and we all know Diaby is not going to do that with his injury record. Sell him and move on.

Continuing the consistency theme I bring up young Mr Jenkinson. He was easily MOTM yesterday and Wenger will have a problem with Sagna coming back to fitness. Our defence has done so well and Jenko has been pivotal in that. I can't understand the decision to drop Per, he didn't deserve that and Kos had an awful game. I hope AW knows he made a mistake with that.

Our unbeaten record is gone, roll on Wednesday when the Champions League returns to N5....
